I replaced the parking lights on my wagon and now they strobe when it's parked, any clue why? The stock bulbs are 5w incandescent bulbs and the replacements are 1w LEDs.
(that's my brother talking about my dog)

I'm sorry, but your saab has developed a case of Basshunteritis. It now thinks it is a Swedish disco!

Usually it's because the car thinks the bulbs are burnt out since the LEDs draw so little power.. I think. Get a resistor and that should remedy the problem.

until the battery goes flat...it stops after a while so I think I'll leave it because it is pretty darn cool, especially at night.

You often need a load equalizer when you install LED's.

On my E39, replaced my Angel Eyes with LEDs, Fogs, Reverse lights and Licence plate lights, now thats a show at night. LCU will keep sending a pulse so while driving unless the lights are switched on they will flash.
